Job Introduction:
We are currently looking for an experienced Accountant
Role Responsibilities:
1. Manage all aspects of accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and payroll processing.
2. Timely follow up for payments with customer, internal team and management.
3. Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
4. Monitor and reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial transactions on a regular basis.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support, including SOA preparation, client payment reconciliation.
6. Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, receipts, payments, and reimbursements.
7. Conduct periodic internal audits to identify and resolve discrepancies, errors, or inefficiencies in financial processes.
8. Stay informed about changes in accounting regulations and industry trends, and implement best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency.
9. Conducting the AML verification of each client and following the client on boarding process by maintaining the KYC for each client.
10. Analyze financial data and generate financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to provide insights into the organization’s financial performance.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
3. Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.
4. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
5. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and generate meaningful insights.
6. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
