Job Introduction:
We are currently looking for an experienced Admin cum Assistant Accountant
Role Responsibilities:
1. Prepare quotations and invoices.
2. Issue of sales and purchase orders.
3. Check and maintain stock records.
4. Follow up on client payments.
5. Assist in basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks.
6. Handle general administrative duties and office coordination.
Requirements:
1. 1–2 years of experience in accounting or admin roles, preferably in a manufacturing company.
2. Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP).
3. Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
