H.H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai issued the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. (31) for 2019 concerning Economic Substance Regulations.
As an important announcement, certain UAE companies and foreign companies investing in UAE will be required to comply annually with the reporting norms of the aforementioned decision. It comes as an important update for tax transparency in UAE.
